Welcome to Urban3D, operated by Urban Trend OOD ("we," "our," or "us"). Urban Trend OOD is a company registered in Ruse, Bulgaria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from Urban3D. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products and Services

  • We sell finished 3D printed lamps, bottle holders, decorative items for the home, office, and gaming spots. All products are designed and produced in-house by Urban Trend OOD. We do not resell or dropship products from other manufacturers.
  • We offer customizations to our products. Every item can be made in colors not listed, and we can add branding to products.
  • We sell only finished physical products, not digital files (e.g., STL files).
  • Most of our products are for decorative use and should not be forced to do anything outside of their described purpose.
  • Most of our products are not suitable for children under 7 years old. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of items.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • We accept bank transfers (please contact us via chat for details) and Cash on Delivery (CoD). We will soon offer card payments.
  • For bank transfers, full payment is required upfront.
  • For custom orders, we require half the price upfront, with the remaining half due upon completion.
  • CoD orders are paid in full upon delivery by the courier.
  • At this time, we do not offer financing or payment plans.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We use Speedy and Econt for shipments within Bulgaria. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after the product is complete, which can take up to 10 days depending on order volumes.
  • International Shipping: We provide several solutions including DHL, Fan Courier International, and DPD. Shipping times vary by country; for Romania, it is typically 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Costs vary by destination and the size/weight of the order.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for domestic orders over 120 BGN (leva) and for international orders over 150 BGN (leva).
  • Customs & Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred on international orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available; please contact our chat support for pricing.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Couriers will be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. We will issue a refund or resend the product as soon as a settlement is reached with the respective courier service.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Conditions for Returns: Returns are accepted if the item was considered damaged upon delivery and declared at the time of receiving. Defective or wrong items will be returned, replaced, or refunded.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping costs only for defective or wrong items. For all other returns, the recipient is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Condition: Returned orders must be in the way they were sent (e.g., not taken apart, damaged, or badly packaged).
  • Refunds: We offer full refunds or store credit (store credit subject to management approval).
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled after design approval.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items: Custom items/projects and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty on electrical products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by plugging the electrical product into the wrong power source or by power outages/surges. Lightbulbs are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of items. Our liability for any defect or issue related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Some of our designs are original, while others are used under strict license.
  • All designs, including those from custom orders, are owned by Urban Trend OOD unless specifically agreed upon in writing with the customer.
  • Our products, including those from custom orders, CANNOT be resold by customers without our explicit, signed, and stamped agreement, which will include a licensing fee.

8. User Conduct (Website)

  • Users are prohibited from engaging in abusive language, spamming, or false ordering on our website.
  • Non-paying customers and scammers will be blacklisted.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to first contact us directly to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be resolved under the laws of Bulgaria. (You can choose to specify mediation or arbitration here if you prefer, but "laws of Bulgaria" is a standard starting point).

10. Changes to Terms of Service * You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
