At Urban3D, we are committed to getting your unique 3D printed items to you efficiently and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Production Time

  • As all our products are 3D printed in-house and often made to order, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be completed before shipment, depending on current order volumes. This is in addition to the estimated shipping times.

2. Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic (Bulgaria): We partner with Speedy and Econt for reliable delivery within Bulgaria.
  • International (European Countries): For international shipments, we utilize reputable carriers such as DHL, Fan Courier International, and DPD.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We proudly ship to various European countries. Please check our checkout page for a list of specific countries we serve.

4. Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

  • Domestic (Bulgaria): 1-3 business days.
  • International:
    • Romania: 3-5 business days.
    • Other European Countries: Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country. Specific estimates will be provided at checkout or upon request.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.
  • You will see the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before final payment.

6. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • We offer Free Domestic Shipping for orders totaling over 120 BGN (Bulgarian Leva).
  • We offer Free International Shipping for orders totaling over 150 BGN (Bulgarian Leva).

7. Customs Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • For all international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees that may be levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We advise you to check with your local customs office for estimated costs prior to placing your order.

8. Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery. Please contact our chat support team prior to placing your order to inquire about pricing and availability for expedited services.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, the responsibility lies with the courier service.
  • Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will initiate a claim with the courier.
  • We will process a full refund or resend your product as soon as a settlement regarding the loss or damage is reached with the courier company.
